Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic is thrilled to support International Women’s Day (IWD) on Saturday, March 8th. IWD celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women around the world while striving to accelerate gender equality. Each year, this day gives special focus to gender parity by challenging stereotypes, fighting bias, broadening perceptions, improving circumstances, and celebrating women’s achievements.

Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic is committed to accelerating gender parity within our business and the commercial real estate industry. Our accomplished women make up 46% of our professionals, and we are proud that 75% of our senior-leadership team is comprised of powerhouse women.

This year’s theme is #Accelerate Action, and we believe in taking meaningful steps to actively promote gender equality. When we accelerate action for women’s inclusion, we create an environment where women feel empowered, valued, and supported. Donna Green is a respected leader in the Moncton region, boasting over 35 years of marketing and sales experience across diverse sectors. As a seasoned professional, she brings extensive market knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to excellence to every client interaction. Recognized repeatedly  as one of Atlantic Canada’s top agents and holding the title of Vice President, Donna is renowned for her dedication, passion, and proven track record of success

Stepanie Turner is a powerhouse advisor in our team, with over 30 years of business development experience, including 15+ years specializing in commercial real estate in the Greater Saint John area. Known for her expertise in leasing office spaces and handling complex sales, she’s built a reputation for delivering results. Stephanie’s innovative marketing approach and strong client relationships have fueled her success, with most new business coming from loyal referrals. We’re proud to have such a dedicated and accomplished professional on our team.

Heather McGeown brings 18 years of diverse commercial real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic, having worked on both the landlord and tenant sides of the industry. Specializing in retail leasing and investment sales across Atlantic Canada, Heather combines her broad market knowledge, professionalism, and strategic approach to ensure a tailored solution at every stage of the real estate process, allowing her to deliver exceptional results for her clients.

Melissa Gilbert has been a pivotal member with invaluable expertise that she provides to the Commercial Real Estate Advisors and their clients. Melissa’s diversified marketing background in advertising, strategy, communications and digital marketing has provided her with a solid skill set. In recent announcement, she will take on the role of COO and will manage the operations of the firm across the 5 offices.

Cheryl White brings 29 years of real estate administrative skills and experience in both financial and office management.  In 2005 she obtained her real estate license in order to provide more informed assistance to her fellow real estate agents. Cheryl’s extensive knowledge from her past experience in real estate accounting and managerial organization skills are a benefit to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic.  Her expertise enables her to manage all financial aspects of our company.

Suzie Taylor joined Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic in December 2022 and has quickly become an invaluable Commercial Real Estate Advisor. With her diverse background and sharp analytical skills, Suzie has excelled in her new role. She earned her real estate license in 2023 and has since played an integral part in servicing clients and supporting the growth of our commercial real estate division across Atlantic Canada.

Frederique Dangremond joined Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic in August 2023. Frederique’s keen interest in multi-family investment became a driving force in her career choice. This passion naturally led her to the dynamic world of commercial real estate, where she currently plays a pivotal role in our Moncton office as Sales Support. Having recently obtained her real estate license, she spends her days assisting our Commercial Real Estate Advisors with a myriad of tasks, including marketing, administration and supporting the listings the Advisors carry.

Natasha Fletcher took on the role of CFO at our company in 2011, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her time at various international accounting firms and private companies. Her focus has been on managing corporate finance services, including debt advisory, financial modeling, business valuations, due diligence, and acquisition analysis and support. Natasha is a proud graduate of Dalhousie University, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree, as well as certifications as a CPA, CA, and CFA charter holder. Beyond her professional achievements, she has dedicated her time to serving on the Board of Directors at the Discovery Centre for four years, taking on the roles of Treasurer and Chair of the Finance and Audit Risk Committee for the past two years.

Jennifer Starkey is an integral member of Team Collins, contributing her expertise and skills to the dynamic group. With a background in communications and over a decade of experience in events management, marketing, tenant relations, and property administration, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. In her role as Practice Director, she leverages these diverse skills on a daily basis, ensuring effective communication, seamless event coordination, strategic marketing initiatives, and exceptional tenant relations within the organization. Jennifer’s multifaceted experience and dedication make her a valuable asset to the team, driving success and innovation in all aspects of the business.
