IWD celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women around the world while striving to accelerate gender equality. Each year, this day gives special focus to gender parity by challenging stereotypes, fighting bias, broadening perceptions, improving circumstances, and celebrating women’s achievements.
This year’s theme is #EmbraceEquity, encouraging a bold approach to embracing diversity, equity, inclusion, and gender equality in our organization, our industry, and our communities.

Donna Green is a true leader in the Moncton region. Joanne Earle, B.B.A.,is another incredible woman whose presence within our firm is greatly appreciated. A highly skilled Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent, Joanne offers unparalleled service to the Newfoundland and Labrador region. With a proactive and detail-oriented approach, she facilitates sales and lease transactions for a diverse group of corporate and individual clients, primarily in the office and industrial markets. Located in Prince Edward Island, Ann is a business owner with over 35 years of experience across various sectors and standing as President for the past 16 years of Worth Consulting Group. Ann is a dynamic and passionate individual who strives to bring her market knowledge, global solutions and strategic planning to all areas of real estate and create winning deals for her clients. Melissa Gilbert has been a pivotal member of the Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic Team. She has invaluable expertise that she provides to the Commercial Real Estate Advisors and their clients. Melissa’s diversified marketing background in advertising, strategy, communications and digital marketing has provided her with a solid skill set, resulting in her recruitment to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic in 2018. As a former Account Manager at a local advertising agency Melissa oversaw multi tier marketing campaigns for clients in diverse industries in the private and public sector . She manages all the property, brand marketing and research requirements for the Atlantic region, and is an important member of the Cushman & Wakefield team
Cheryl White joined Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic in March 2010 as Staff Accountant. Cheryl brings 29 years of real estate administrative skills and experience in both financial and office management. In 2005 she obtained her real estate license in order to provide more informed assistance to her fellow real estate agents. Cheryl’s extensive knowledge from her past experience in real estate accounting and managerial organization skills are a benefit to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic. Her expertise enables her to manage all financial aspects of our company. Cheryl’s friendly and conscientious attitude allows her the ability to interact with our agents both regionally and locally.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic Kimberly MacLean worked as a Business Manager for ten years at one of the largest, privately based, Montessori schools in New Brunswick. With several years of experience in marketing, sales and business operations, Kimberly made the move to commercial real estate and has spent the last five years working as a Marketing and Leasing Manager for a commercial property firm in New Brunswick. Kimberly brings in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market and a fresh marketing perspective from a diverse background.
Suzie Taylor is the newest addition to the amazing team of women who have made a significant impact in our firm. Her managerial/service background has become an integral piece of our organization, which has provided significant support to not only our Moncton team but to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic as a whole.
