Melissa Gilbert has been a pivotal member with invaluable expertise that she provides to the Commercial Real Estate Advisors and their clients. Melissa’s diversified marketing background in advertising, strategy, communications and digital marketing has provided her with a solid skill set. In recent announcement, she will take on the role of COO and will manage the operations of the firm across the 5 offices.

Cheryl White brings 29 years of real estate administrative skills and experience in both financial and office management.  In 2005 she obtained her real estate license in order to provide more informed assistance to her fellow real estate agents. Cheryl’s extensive knowledge from her past experience in real estate accounting and managerial organization skills are a benefit to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic.  Her expertise enables her to manage all financial aspects of our company.

Heather McGeown brings 18 years of diverse commercial real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic, having worked on both the landlord and tenant sides of the industry. Specializing in retail leasing and investment sales across Atlantic Canada, Heather combines her broad market knowledge, professionalism, and strategic approach to deliver tailored solutions at every stage of the real estate process, enabling her to deliver exceptional results for her clients.

Joanne Earle, B.B.A. is a highly skilled Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent, offering unparalleled service in Newfoundland and Labrador. With a proactive approach, she facilitates transactions for corporate and individual clients in office and industrial markets. Joanne is active in her community, a member of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Realtors, the St. John’s Board of Trade, and the St. John’s Public Library Board. Recognized repeatedly as one of Atlantic Canada’s top advisors, we’re incredibly fortunate to have a high-calibre agent such as Joanne on our team.

Stephanie Turner a powerhouse advisor in our team, with over 30 years of business development experience, including 15+ years specializing in commercial real estate in the Greater Saint John area. Known for her expertise in leasing office spaces and handling complex sales, she’s built a reputation for delivering results. Her innovative marketing approach and strong client relationships have fueled her success. We’re proud to have such a dedicated and accomplished professional on our team.

Suzie Taylor joined Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic in December 2022 and has quickly become an invaluable Commercial Real Estate Advisor. With her diverse background and sharp analytical skills, Suzie has excelled in her new role. She earned her real estate license in 2023 and has since played an integral part in servicing clients and supporting the growth of our commercial real estate division across Atlantic Canada.

Aisha Kanyana brings a disciplined, analytical, and client-focused approach to commercial real estate, drawing on her healthcare background and international perspective. Known for her integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail, leverages strong assessment and problem-solving skills to help healthcare providers, business owners, and investors find spaces aligned with their goals. With increasing expertise in Moncton, she is dedicated to building lasting client relationships and providing reliable advice.

Camila Castro brings more than a decade of experience in marketing, sales, and customer experience to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic. With a background in Business Administration and specialized training in marketing and client engagement, she plays a crucial role in enhancing the firm’s brand visibility and supporting strategic marketing initiatives. Known for her collaborative approach, creativity, and attention to detail. Originally from Chile, she brings a global perspective and a strong commitment to service excellence to the firm’s growing marketing team.

Jennifer Starkey is an integral member of Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic, contributing her expertise and skills to the dynamic group. With a background in communications and over a decade of experience in events management, marketing, tenant relations, and property administration. In her role as Practice Director, she uses her diverse skills daily for communication, event coordination, marketing, and tenant relations. Jennifer’s experience and dedication make her a valuable asset, driving success and innovation.
