A bold transformation is reshaping retail on the west side of Saint John. Once known as Lancaster Mall, the property has been reimagined as Lancaster Crossing—a thriving retail centre that’s setting a new standard for commercial redevelopment in Atlantic Canada.

At the forefront of this transformation is Salthill Capital, the visionary landlord behind the rebranding and strategic repositioning of the site. By shifting away from the enclosed mall concept in favour of a big-box retail format, Salthill responded to changing consumer habits and the needs of national tenants—breathing new life into a key commercial hub in Saint John West.
