Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic has been retained by Jiffy Lube to secure a suitable location(s) for expansion into Sydney, Nova Scotia. Jiffy Lube, North America’s largest rapid lube operator, will entertain either land lease or built-to- suit retail pad opportunities. They require approximately 8,000-15,000 + square feet of land within the boundary area of Sydney, Nova Scotia for a +/- 1,635 square foot building to house a stand-alone Jiffy Lube operation.
