Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic has hired James Collins to specialize in Industrial Leasing & Sales.
James has been tasked with creating a focused business practice in the industrial & service commercial asset classes in business parks throughout the province, providing the market with a fresh perspective working the tools of the well-connected Cushman & Wakefield Global Industrial platform. “Adding talent with experience in business to business professional services is great for our firm, but more importantly a great foundation for a successful Commercial Real Estate sales career” says Bill MacAvoy, Managing Director.
A native of the UK, James comes to the Commercial Real Estate industry after a decade spent growing public relations and marketing companies on both sides of the Atlantic. His 8,500-strong list of clients includes the UK Ministry of Defense, the British Broadcasting Corporation, the Walt Disney Company and numerous public figures such as the Kardashian Family, the Reagans and cast from NBC’s ‘The Biggest Loser’. James graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a First-Class Honors degree in Broadcast Journalism, and before becoming an entrepreneur, anchored Channel Seven television news, as well as produced numerous television and radio programs for the BBC.
