Request for Expressions of Interest Released

St. John’s, NL, September 16, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic is making available a Request for Proposal for the Downtown Development Commission Business Improvement Area (BIA) Association in the search for office space. As an independent third party, we represent the Downtown Development Commission Business Improvement Area (BIA) Association (the “Tenant”) in the search and the lease negotiations that are involved in seeking a new location for their offices. They are seeking approximately 700 – 1,000 sf office space within the boundary area of Downtown Development Commission (Downtown St. John’s).

In order for Landlords within the boundary area to have the opportunity to present any location that they think may be suitable for the Tenant’s occupancy, we hereby request that a proposal on its behalf be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2019.
