Request for Expressions of Interest Released
Saint John, NB, April 12, 2017 – Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic is making available on Wednesday an Expression of Interest for the City of Saint John City Hall and associated office space. This document will allow proponents to respond in a standard format for comparison purposes for the supply of 36,000 SF on either a leased or purchased basis.

The City currently leases premises at 15 Market Square, and like all space occupiers, regularly re-visits the suitability of its accommodations. “Functionality of workspace evolves over time, and it is important for the City to configure its space in an optimal fashion for its employees, stakeholders, and the citizens”, continues MacAvoy.
