That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome two new advisors to the Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic team: Stephanie Turner and Brock Turner, who will be based in our Saint John, NB office.

Stephanie Turner brings over 30 years of business development experience, with nearly half of her career dedicated to brokering commercial real estate deals in the Greater Saint John area. Specializing in office leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales, she has built a strong reputation for her strategic approach and deep market knowledge. Stephanie’s success is driven by her ability to connect people with the right opportunities and her innovative approach to marketing listings.
Brock Turner joins the team with a solid foundation in commercial real estate, having worked with landlords, tenants, and investors across the office, retail, and industrial sectors. Since 2021, he has been actively involved in leasing, investment sales, and land transactions, developing a strong track record in client service. A self-proclaimed tech geek, Brock is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the real estate experience and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
