Rooted in Atlantic Canada, with academic and professional ties across the region, Vince brings a finance-focused perspective to commercial real estate, shaped by a background in finance, business development, and a strong foundation in market analysis.
Vince’s experience in the construction sector gave him early exposure to client engagement, lead generation, and growth strategy across the region. As a Market Analyst at the beginning of his career with Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic, he further strengthened his technical understanding of the market through a data-driven view by evaluating and analyzing more than 60 million square feet of commercial space across Atlantic Canada.
Focused on delivering insights and building long-term value, Vince is passionate about tenant representation, landlord leasing strategies and providing the market intelligence to support any major real estate decision your business chooses to make.
Outside the office, you’ll often find him on the golf course, playing his guitars, or supporting local events around Halifax.
