About Meaghan
Meaghan Perry Gambhiri brings a dynamic blend of experience, energy, and ambition to her role as Marketing & Sales Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic’s New Brunswick team.
Originally from Newfoundland and raised in Riverview, NB, Meaghan began her post-secondary education in Calgary, Alberta, where she pursued dual degrees in Conflict Resolution and Early Childhood Education at the University of Calgary. Upon returning to Riverview, she furthered her academic journey at Crandall University with a focus on Business Organization Management—all while working full-time with Child Protective Services and raising her young son.
In 2023, Meaghan entered the world of real estate investment, purchasing her first income property and setting her sights on building a portfolio and obtaining her real estate license. Her strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to balance multiple responsibilities make her a valuable asset to the New Brunswick brokerage team.
Meaghan is deeply involved in her community and personal ventures. She supports her husband’s trucking business, volunteers with a Texas-based dog rescue that relocates animals to Canada, and serves on her local condominium board. In her downtime, she enjoys time with her family—including their two working dogs.
With an eye toward the future, Meaghan is eager to grow within the real estate industry and eventually move into a sales role.
