About Marc
Marc brings to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic over 40 years of Retail and Commercial Real Estate expertise. For the majority of his career, Marc worked for Irving Oil Limited and Cobalt Properties where he held the position of Director of Acquisition and Business Development and Senior Real Estate Manager for Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic Canada and New England.
In his previous employment, Marc was involved in investment sales, site selection, property development, project management, landlord representation, leasing, and consulting. Marc has built a strong reputation and solid relationship with various owners, developers, and tenants. Marc is passionate about the Commercial Real Estate industry, and is ready to apply his knowledge, skills and expertise to assist all clients and deliver great value to stakeholders in all aspects Commercial Real Estate.
A native of Victoriaville Quebec, Marc is fully bilingual and now calls Quispamsis, New Brunswick his home. Marc has taken several courses to enhance his knowledge and expertise in real estate and is a long-standing Board member of the Quispamsis Planning Advisory Committee.
