About Jamie
Jamie was born in Halifax Nova Scotia and is a graduate of Dalhousie University.
Having worked for over 40 years in the business of Commercial Real Estate, Jamie brings a wealth of experience to Landlords, Tenants, Vendors and Buyers; in all facets of the market.
With an extensive knowledge of site selection and negotiating commercial leases, Jamie has built a solid reputation for the services he has provided to his clients for many years.
The ability to bring Buyers and Sellers together in medium to large Industrial, retail, and multi-residential transactions is also an aspect of his practice.
Jamie was a partner with Task Realty Group, prior to merging his firm with Cushman & Wakefield in 2001.
Volunteer endeavours have included working with the Symphony NS fundraising committee, The Lung Association of NS and as a mediator with Restorative Justice for Youth.
