About Ethan
With a strong foundation in finance, Ethan brings an analytical and investment-oriented perspective to commercial real estate. A graduate of Dalhousie University, he earned his Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and a certificate in Managerial Accounting, developing strengths in financial analysis and market interpretation.
Originally from Guelph, Ontario, Ethan relocated to Halifax to pursue his studies and has since established himself in the region. His experience includes a financial planning and analysis role supporting the marketing division of an offshore bank, where he contributed to budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to inform senior leadership decision-making. He also supported portfolio research and analysis through a co-op with Dalhousie’s pension fund.
Today, Ethan applies this experience in his role with Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic, delivering market insights and supporting advisors across the region. He maintains a strong personal interest in investing and capital markets, actively following equities, REITs, and macroeconomic trends.
Outside the office, Ethan enjoys staying active at the gym, following sports, sailing, and spending time with friends and family.
