About Emma
Emma adopts a relationship-first strategy in commercial real estate, prioritizing her clients’ needs and empowering them to make confident, informed decisions. Based in Saint John, she works across leasing and sales, bringing enthusiasm, practicality, and a strong sense of accountability to every assignment. Emma is recognized for her approachable demeanor, motivation, and collaborative spirit, emphasizing the importance of cultivating long-term relationships built on trust and consistency.
Before her foray into real estate, Emma built her career in marketing and communications in the Transportation and Logistics Division of J.D. Irving. This experience provided her with valuable insights into how businesses operate, grow, and assess opportunities, which now shape her approach to real estate.
A proud graduate of the University of New Brunswick Saint John, Emma earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Marketing and Economics.
Emma loves to stay busy, so when she isn’t working with clients, you best believe she’s got something else up her sleeve! She has completed a 150hr Classical Mat Pilates certification, and can be found teaching Mat Pilates at studios in Saint John. She also regularly goes lobster fishing with her family, their boat leaving from Deer Island, the rural fishing community where she grew up. If she’s not working, you might find her hiking, reading with her cat, going to yoga and spin classes, or planning her next vacation!
