Dylan, originally from Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, joined Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic as a Marketing Coordinator in the Spring of 2022. His transition into this role came after a three-year tenure on the research desk, where he honed his analytical and strategic skills. A 2018 graduate of Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Dylan’s background in marketing equips him with a robust understanding of brand strategy and marketing dynamics.

In his current position, Dylan plays a pivotal role in overseeing the property and brand marketing initiatives for the Atlantic region. He is responsible for managing strategies that enhance the visibility and appeal of the Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic properties. This includes crafting marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional events, and conducting market research to inform strategic decisions. Dylan’s expertise extends to developing and executing branding efforts that align with the company’s objectives and resonate with clients.
