Bill has spent the last 20 dynamic years facilitating some of the largest and most complex CRE assignments in the region. Based in Halifax, but practicing in all four Atlantic provinces, Bill is sought after as an advocate transaction representative but also as a speaker, and consultant/advisor.
Skilled in all facets and asset classes of Real Estate, most of the Bill’s practice is in Office Leasing and Investment Sales. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic, Bill held senior positions in the utility, global shipping, and mining industries, which gives him a unique perspective when dealing with senior leaders in his client organizations.
