Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic Adds Five New People to the Roster

HALIFAX, November 22, 2019 – Here we grow again. Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic introduces what’s next for the market in Atlantic Canada with the announcement of multiple new hires. The firm is pleased to announce that these talented resources will supplement the existing roster of advisors and support team members across the Atlantic Region.

In New Brunswick, the firm has added, in order of arrival, Ed McNamara (Marketing Coordinator), Peter Ryan (Commercial Real Estate Advisor *license pending) and Melissa Hachey (Practice Coordinator). In Halifax, the additions are Mike Vaughan (Commercial Real Estate Advisor) and Dylan Currie (Research Coordinator). With these newest additions the firm has now grown to 22 professionals.

New Brunswick Hires

Hired for his attention to detail, a strong sense of branding acquired through agency experience, Ed leads the marketing efforts in Moncton as Marketing Coordinator. Peter Ryan arrived at the firm with over 30 years of sales, operations and management experience. A Moncton native, Peter is currently completing his commercial real estate license and intends to use his varied skill set to tackle the commercial real estate market as an Advisor. Lastly in the Saint John office the firm has welcomed Practice Coordinator Melissa Hachey whose primary focus is to enhance the real estate practice of Mike Watkins.

Halifax Hires

Previously practicing on Vancouver Island, Mike Vaughan moved home to Halifax several years ago and has joined our Halifax office as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor. With a primary focus on office leasing and investment sales, Mike uses his passion for being an entrepreneur and business acumen to work closely with his clients to achieve their goals. The firm’s most recent hire was Dylan Currie for the role of Research Coordinator in Halifax. His background and analytical mindset bring a wealth of value to the team as he analyzes the Atlantic Canadian market.
