About Jamie
Jamie was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia and graduated from Dalhousie University. With over thirty years of experience in the industry, Jamie has built a solid reputation for his market knowledge and skills for negotiating commercial leases. Whether it is transitioning properties to bring greater value to a Landlord’s holdings or working to find his client the right deal in the right location, Jamie has a gift for client retention and satisfaction surrounding the services he offers to those who have put their trust in his ability to work on their behalf.
Jamie is a former partner with Task Realty Group Limited, merging his firm with Cushman & Wakefield in 2001. He has been an active member of a number of benevolent organizations including Symphony NS fundraising committee, The Lung Association, Halifax Central Junior High SAC Committee, President of the John W. MacLeod Parent Teacher Association and as a facilitator with Restorative Justice for Youth.
